• Tools for thinking, not decisions: our products are aids that raise the quality of thinking and unpack complexity. They are not a substitute for human judgement.
• No professional advice: what our products produce is not investment, legal, medical or psychological advice.
• The decision is yours: you alone are responsible for any decision you make based on using our tools. We light up the angles; you hold the wheel.

Intellectual property

All rights are reserved to Mandhur for R&D Solutions. This includes:

• Products and methods: Lubab and its tools, the Polarization Index, Causa Lab, and the methods they are built on.
• Content: texts, designs and logos.

You may use the content for personal learning. Copying the tools, reverse-engineering them or reselling their content without our written permission is not allowed.

Code of conduct

• Use a decent name that does not offend common taste.
• Do not use our products to spread misinformation or hate speech.
• Respect the technical infrastructure of our sites, and do not harvest their data automatically.

Accounts in Lubab

We may suspend or close any account, without prior notice, if its holder breaks these terms or misuses the tools in a way that harms the platform or its community.

The Polarization Index

• The index is an automated estimate of the likelihood of polarization, not a judgement on opinions or on the people who hold them.
• Do not put personal data about anyone in your issue.
• The index has daily usage limits, and we may pause it to protect it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell account holders of any substantial change, and continuing to use our products after it means you accept it.
