What it does
Causa Lab carries Mandhur’s principle “the root, not the symptom” into an organisation’s daily work:
- It documents the problem as it happened, with its evidence.
- It uncovers the roots with standard root-cause methods the team works through together.
- It carries them to recommendations the leadership approves.
- It follows the implementation, and closes a case only when its root is solved.
- It keeps the lesson: every case returns to the organisation’s memory.
Two ways to have it
- In the cloud: your team starts working at once, with nothing to set up.
- On your organisation’s servers: a copy installed with you, connected to your organisation’s directory (Active Directory).
